UnlimITComp offers 24/7 support. When a ticket is created, we work remotely with our customers until problem resolution is complete unless the solution requires our team to go on-site. 

 

How do you handle escalations or major IT incidents?

At UnlimITComp, our escalation process is designed to give you confidence in our ability to manage crisis effectively. We have a structured escalation protocol that ensures issues are addressed promptly and at the appropriate level of expertise. In the event of a major incident, we mobilize our senior engineers and leverage our network of resources to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Regular communication during these incidents keeps you informed and ensures transparency throughout the resolution process.

UnlimITComp holds up to the highest standards in data security and meets the ever-changing compliance regulations, including HIPAA, PCI DSS, FISMA and NIST & NIS2.

What is your approach to cybersecurity, and how do you protect against emerging threats? 

UnlimITComp proactively monitors for any threats. When a threat is detected, we take all measures to quarantine the hardware, in order not to effect the whole network. Our team employs advanced security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, encryption, MFA (Multi-factor Authentication), and regular security audits. We stay up-to-date with the latest threats and implement robust strategies to protect your data and systems.

 

How do you handle backups and disaster recovery? 

UnlimITComp believes in redundancy, both local and cloud backup. We believe in keeping your business up and running with both measures in place. Should something happen, we can recover your data and have your business running smoothly within hours.

UnlimITComp uses a state of the art IT monitoring platform, so we know there is an issue long before our customers ever do.  

 

How often will we receive reports on service performance and indicidents for our managed IT services?

We believe that regular communication is essential for maintaining alignment and driving continuous improvement. We will provide a quarterly report to review our partnership and performance and review any and all incidents that may have occurred. This provides an opportunity to discuss progress, address any concerns, and refine strategies to better meet your evolving needs. Regular reviews ensure that our services remain aligned with your business goals and that we continue to add value to your operations.

 

Can you provide examples of the metrics or KPIs you track for managed IT services customers? 

Typical KPIs for managed IT services include first response time, first contact resolution rate, average resolution time and SLA compliance rate.

UnlimITComp expedites all tickets to the next tier with our local NOC and SOC for timely resolutions. We believe in keeping businesses up and running with minimal downtime. 

 

How often or SLAs reviewed and adjusted?

The quarterly reports we provide to our customers include version history so clients are able to see where things have been changed or adjusted.

What is your pricing structure for managed IT services? Are there hidden fees?

We have multiple pricing levels to meet each customer’s custom needs. Whether you are a 2-person shop or a medium sized business with 100 employees, we have a solution to meet your budget. 

 

What is the length of your managed IT services contracts?

The length of our managed IT services contracts are 2 years.

 

How do you handle changes in service needs or scaling of managed IT services?

UnlimITComp meets with current managed IT services customers (MSP customers) quarterly, to evaluate any changes in the infrastructure to ensure all of our customers needs are being met.

UnlimITComp usually takes 60-90 days for a complete onboarding process. We get to know your exact environment and look for any vulnerabilities that need to be addressed. Network monitoring for any threats, starts from day one of your signed contract.
