We deliver managed IT services across Northeast Ohio from our office in Akron. Canton and Cleveland are our two primary service areas, covering Stark County and Cuyahoga County in full along with the communities between them, including North Canton, Massillon, Alliance, Lakewood, Parma and Westlake.
Do you provide IT support in both Canton and Cleveland?
Yes. Both areas are served by the same Akron-based team, so you get identical managed IT, network design, cybersecurity, structured cabling and Wi-Fi support in either one. There is no separate branch, subcontractor or ticket queue depending on which city you are in.
